+ Các quy định về bảo mật thông tin
+ Quy chế đào tạo và các quy chế khác
- Trường hợp được bên A cử đi đào tạo về chuyên môn, kỹ năng thì bên B có nghĩa vụ:
+ Hoàn thành tốt khóa đào tạo, tuân thủ quy chế đào tạo, hợp đồng đào tạo
+ Bên B phải thực hiện đúng các cam kết về thời gian làm việc sau đào tạo cho Bên A và cam kết trong hợp đồng đào tọa
- Có trách nhiệm giữ gìn, bảo quản tài sản, trang thiết bị mà bên A cấp phát
- Không được phép lợi dụng quan hệ giữa bên A và khách hàng để nhận việc riêng của khách hàng
- Bên B không được thực hiện bất kỳ hành vi nào gây uy hiếp hoặc đe dọa gây uy hiếp đến an toán khai thác và hoạt động của bên A
