Trong trường hợp TRUSTshop xác định một ID và mật khẩu đã được sử dụng gian lận, trái phép, TRUSTshop có thể thu hồi thông tin đăng nhập thành viên của đối tác mà không cần thông báo trước cho đối tác. Trong những trường hợp như vậy, TRUSTshop sẽ không chịu trách nhiệm pháp lý khi người dùng hoặc đối tác ID và mật khẩu bị thiệt hại do không thể sử dụng dịch vụ này.
