Về đánh giá, nhận xét của nhân viên về quy trình xử lý công việc của công ty tại phụ lục 3.4: 26.67% nhân viên hoàn toàn đồng ý, 35% đồng ý, và chỉ mỗi 16% không đồng ý. Kết quả thu được cho thấy những mặt tích cực trong việc xây dựng và cụ thể hóa các quy trình xử lý công việc. Tuy nhiên, do chưa có sự quan tâm hướng dẫn cụ thể nên công tác phối hợp còn hạn chế. Đây là điều cần phải khắc phục để nâng cao năng suất lao động của toàn thể nhân viên trong công ty.
