Nhận hàng và kiểm tra hàng hóa theo đúng số lượng, chất lượng, chủng loại theo hợp đồng
Bên A có trách nhiệm thanh toán cho bên B theo đúng Điều 2 của hợp đồng. Nếu chậm trả phải chịu mức phạt 0.1% cho một ngày trễ trên tổng số tiền hợp đồng và không quá 07 ngày
