Hôm nay, ngày 06 tháng 10 năm 2016, chúng tôi gồm hai bên:

Sau khi bàn bạc, chúng tôi thỏa hiệp hợp tác với các điều kiện sau:
- Sau khi thảo luận, Bên B đồng ý khai thác và kết nối Chủ đầu tư và nguồn tiền Liên Hiệp Quốc. Bên B đồng ý hợp tác cho Bên A vay 9 tỷ Việt Nam đồng (tương đương với 450 ngàn USD) để làm chi phí (gọi chung là phí giao dịch) cho nguồn tiền vay là 1,5 tỷ USD
Sau khi ký Biên bản thỏa thuận này, hai bên thực hiện các điều kiện sau:
- Bên B chứng minh cho Bên nguồn tiền chi phí để Liên Hiệp Quốc kiểm tra.
- Sau khi kiểm tra, Liên Hiệp Quốc sẽ ký với Bên A Hợp đồng cho vay.
- Bên A ký Hợp đồng tổng thầu xây dựng Chùa Tân Long cho Bên B.
- Bên B đồng ý chi trả 5% trên tổng dự toán là tiền chi phí cho Bên A.
- Sau khi ký Hợp đồng thi công, Liên Hiệp Quốc sẽ mở bảo lãnh 100% cho Bên A.
- Khi Liên Hiệp Quốc ứng 10% thì Bên B phải có trách nhiệm thanh toán cho Bên A 5% theo từng đợt giải ngân.
- Số tiền 9 tỷ Bên B cho vay khi ký Hợp đồng tổng thầu sẽ được Bên A trả và đưa vào tài khoản để làm bảo lãnh thực hiện Hợp đồng, số tiền này thỏa thuận cho đến hết công trình.
- Bên B cam kết sau khi đã ký Biên bản thỏa thuận này, Bên B thực hiện công việc kết nối và đem nguồn tiền về cho Dự án Chùa Tân Long là 60 ngày.
- Bên A cam kết cung cấp hồ sơ giấy tờ có liên quan và ký kết Hợp đồng tạo điều kiện cho Bên B thuận tiện để thực hiện tốt công việc.
- Sau 60 ngày, nguồn tiền không về với Dự án Chùa Tân Long, Biên bản này mặc nhiên hết hiệu lực.
Hai bên chúng tôi đồng ý ký Biên bản thỏa thuận này vào lúc 11h ngày 06 tháng 10 năm 2016.
Biên bản thỏa thuận này được ký làm 02 (hai) bản, mỗi bên giữ 01 (một) bản có giá trị pháp lý như nhau, các việc được căn cứ từ ngày ký Biên bản này.

MINUTES OF AGREEMENT

after discussion, we compromise cooperation with the following conditions:
- after discussion, Party B agrees to exploitation and connect the investor and the United Nations funds. Party B agrees to work for Party A loan of 9 billion Vietnam dong (equivalent to US $ 450 thousand) to costs (collectively, the transaction fee) to source $ 1.5 billion loan

Both parties we agree this Memorandum of agreement signed on October 6 at 11 years 2016.
