Through the investigation results in table 3.3, we find that most of the pork business households are not conscious about the observance of the rules on veterinary hygiene and food safety where sales (73.33%), pork must be vets controlling and rolling "KSGM" then consumed. Still accept the buying and selling of pork without quotes, not through control of animal health, the majority of this audience gathered in makeshift markets, markets, business households outside the front porch, sidewalk, this hop market types and tan very quickly in the early morning time or evening.
