PVC-MS đẩy nhanh tiến độ Dự án Nhà máy Nhiệt điện Thái Bình

Sau hơn 9 tháng khởi công xây dựng, đến nay Công ty Cổ phần Kết cấu Kim loại và Lắp máy Dầu khí (PVC-MS, mã chứng khoán PXS) đã hoàn thành 74,5% khối lượng công việc Dự án gia công chế tạo kết cấu thép Nhà Tuabine và Nhà Điều khiển trung tâm thuộc dự án Nhà máy Nhiệt điện Thái Bình 2.
Dự án do Tập đoàn Dầu khí Quốc gia Việt Nam làm Chủ đầu tư, Tổng Công ty Cổ phần Xây lắp Dầu khí Việt Nam làm Tổng thầu, PVC-MS là Nhà thầu thực hiện toàn bộ công tác mua sắm, gia công chế tạo và lắp dựng kết cấu thép Nhà Tuabine và Nhà Điều khiển trung tâm. Tổng giá trị hợp đồng PVC-MS thực hiện gần 950 tỷ đồng. Khối lượng gia công chế tạo và lắp dựng khoảng 9.200 tấn kết cấu.

Trong quá trình triển khai Dự án, PVC-MS đã gặp rất nhiều thử thách như: thời tiết không thuận lợi, thiết kế Dự án thay đổi gây khó khăn cho công tác mua sắm, thi công các hạng mục. Các đơn vị thi công nền móng nhà Tuabin bàn giao chậm so với kế hoạch. Bên cạnh đó, đây là Dự án lớn, có sự tham gia của nhiều nhà thầu cùng làm việc trong không gian chật hẹp... tất cả đã gây ảnh hưởng đến việc điều phối nhân lực, máy móc thiết bị và giám sát an toàn của PVC-MS.
Nhờ có sự chuẩn bị chu đáo về mọi mặt, PVC-MS đã nỗ lực cao nhất để khắc phục khó khăn, chủ động sắp xếp việc thi công, lắp dựngthiết bị, tăng cường các biện pháp kiểm tra, giám sát về an toàn. Qua đó, PVC-MS đã đảm bảo tiến độ gia công chế tạo và lắp dựng kết cấu thép Nhà Tuabine và Nhà Điều khiển trung tâm theo yêu cầu của Chủ đầu tư.
Hiện nay, Ban điều hành Dự án Nhà máy Nhiệt điện Thái Bình 2 của PVC-MS đang tập trung cao độ cho việc thi công sàn bê tông nhà tuabin, đồng thời sẵn sàng mọi mặt để chuẩn bị lắp đặt hệ thống điện nhà Điều khiển trung tâm.
Dự kiến đến 15/11/2015, PVC-MS sẽ hoàn thành nhà Điều khiển trung tâm. Ngày 30/11/2015 sẽ hoàn thành lắp đặt nhà tuabin Unit 1 với khối lượng hơn 4.500 tấn, ngày 20/12/2015 hoàn thành lắp đặt nhà tuabin Unit 2 với khối lượng hơn 4.500 tấn.
Song song đó, PVC-MS đang triển khai các công việc chuẩn bị cho công tác lắp đặt thiết bị cơ điện. Dự kiến tháng 12 năm 2016, PVC-MS sẽ hoàn thành toàn bộ hạng mục và bàn giao cho đơn vị Tổng thầu.
Việc đảm bảo tiến độ, an toàn và chất lượng của Dự án Nhà máy Nhiệt điện Thái Bình 2 không chỉ góp phần quan trọng vào thành công chung của Dự án mà còn đóng góp tích cực vào việc thực hiện hoàn thành vượt mức các chỉ tiêu sản xuất kinh doanh của PVC-MS trong năm 2015 và 2016.
