Công ty Marvel Characters (qua Đại diện SHCN tại Việt Nam) đề nghị hủy bỏ hiệu lực văn bằng bảo hộ số 63481 cấp cho Hàng gia dụng Quốc tế. Đề nghị hủy bỏ hiệu lực của Công ty Marvel Characters đối với văn bằng bảo hộ cấp cho Công ty Hàng gia dụng Quốc tế được giải quyết theo thủ tục hành chính tại Cục SHTT (Khiếu nại lần 1) và Bộ Khoa học và Công nghệ (tại Thanh tra Bộ - Khiếu nại lần 2). Tại các cơ quan này, đề nghị của Công ty Marvel Characters bị bác bỏ do không đủ căn cứ giải quyết theo quy định của pháp luật hiện hành. Không đồng ý với quyết định của cơ quan quản lý nhà nước về SHTT, Công ty Marvel Characters khởi kiện ra Tòa án nhân dân thành phố Hà Nội (Vụ án số 08/2008/TLST-HC).

The company Marvel Characters (through representative in Vietnam) propose invalidation of protection degree 63481 issued to household international. Proposing invalidation of the company Marvel Characters for the degree of protection granted to international household goods companies are resolved according to the procedures at the NOIP (first complaint) and the Ministry of science and technology (at the Ministerial-second complaint). In these bodies, the proposal of the company Marvel Characters was rejected due to insufficient grounds resolved in accordance with the current legislation. Do not agree with the decision of the State administration of INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS, the company Marvel Characters to sue the city people's Court of Hanoi (case No. 08/2008/TLST-HC).

In these bodies, the proposal of the Company Marvel Characters rejected due to insufficient basis for settlement in accordance with applicable law. Do not agree with the decision of the state agency on IP, Company Marvel Characters sue the People's Court of Hanoi (Case No. 08/2008 / TLST-HC).
