Đề xuất Cục Hải quan TP.HCM, VCCI HCM & VTFA phối hợp tổ chức từ 2-3 cuộc họp/làm việc giữa bộ phận chuyên môn Cục HQ TP.HCM, chuyên gia VTFA, các hiệp hội rà soát cụ thể các văn bản quy định của các bộ ngành và thủ tục kiểm tra chuyên ngành liên quan để có bản kiến nghị sửa đổi cụ thể, có chất lượng nêu tại hội nghị. VCCI HCM đề nghị cần chuẩn bị kỹ và làm sao phải có được ký cam kết cụ thể của các bộ ngành v/v sửa đổi thông tư, cải cách thủ tục kiểm tra chuyên ngành ngay khi kết thúc hội nghị.
