Bên Bán phải hoàn trả cho Bên Mua số tiền đã thanh toán và 08% (tám phần trăm) tiền phạt tổng giá trị Hợp đồng trong vòng 10 (mười) ngày kể từ thời điểm Bên Mua phát hiện máy phát điện Bên Bán giao cho Bên Mua không đúng chủng loại và xuất xứ như quy định tại Điều 1 của Hợp đồng này.
