- Đảm bảo cung cấp Sản phẩm đúng chủng loại, chất lượng và tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật của Nhà cung cấp/Nhà sản xuất;
- Tổ chức huấn luyện, hướng dẫn và hỗ trợ nhà phân phối các chương trình quảng cáo, khuyến mãi theo từng giai đoạn phát triển của thị trường (do The Company quy định).
- Định kỳ cung cấp cho The Agent các thông tin về Sản phẩm như: Danh mục và Catalogue sản phẩm hiện có, giá cả sản phẩm, dịch vụ đối với khách hàng;
- Bảo hành và Nhận hàng hoá hoàn trả nếu hàng hoá không đạt yêu cầu do lỗi The Company;
- Thực hiện đúng các cam kết được ghi trong Hợp đồng.
