Phát triển kinh tế bền vững và toàn diện, huy động mọi nguồn lực trong xã hội đã và đang trở thành ưu tiên trong chiến lược phát triển của Việt Nam. Để góp phần vào những mục tiêu này, người LGBT cần phải không bị phân biệt đối xử khi tìm việc làm, khi đi học hay tiếp cận dịch vụ y tế.
