Đối với mỗi tiểu mục được coi là “chưa có động lực” khi điểm trung bình < 4 và coi là “có động lực” khi điểm trung bình ≥ 4. Từ đó tính tỷ lệ điều dưỡng thuộc từng nhóm với từng tiểu mục.
