Để đánh giá khách quan và đúng đắn về các vấn đề được đề cập, nhóm nghiên cứu đã tiến hành rà soát và tổng hợp các tài liệu sẵn có, kết hợp với phỏng vấn tại địa phương. Cụ thể, nhóm nghiên cứu thực hiện phân tích số liệu có được từ niên giám thống kê của tỉnh Bà Rịa – Vũng Tàu trong những năm gần đây, rà soát các báo cáo, kế hoạch phát triển của tỉnh, kết hợp phỏng vấn với các sở, ban, ngành liên quan, thực địa các khu công nghiệp và cụm cảng trên địa bàn tỉnh.

To assess the objectivity and correctness of the issues mentioned, the research team conducted a review and synthesis of the available material, combined with local interviews. Specifically, the research team conducted the analysis of data obtained from the statistical Almanac of BA RIA-Vung Tau province, in recent years, scrutinize the reports, the development plan of the province, combining interviews with departments concerned, local industrial zones and clusters of ports in the province.

To objectively evaluate and correct the problems mentioned, the team has conducted a review and synthesis of available documents, combined with interviews locally. Specifically, the researchers conducted an analysis of the data obtained from the Statistical Yearbook of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province in recent years, to review the report, the provincial development plan, incorporating interviews with departments and agencies, the field of industrial and port complex in the province.
