9.1. Hợp đồng này không được phéo chuyển nhượng, trừ trường hợp có sự đồng ý bằng văn bản của cả hai Bên.
9.2. Bên Cho thuê sẽ có quyền đơn phương chấm dứt Hợp đồng thuê nhà này trong các trường hợp sau đây:

9.2.2. Bên Thuê vi phạm các nghĩa vụ được quy định tại Điều 5.1. và Điều 5.8. của Hợp đồng này.
