Tuy nhiên, hình thức khen thưởng không phải lúc nào cũng là bằng tiền. Đối với những nhân viên không đạt chỉ tiêu trong công việc nhưng họ đã đóng góp những ý kiến hay cho công ty thì họ sẽ được thưởng bằng những ngày nghỉ phép nhưng vẫn được tính lương, được vinh danh trước mặt toàn bộ nhân viên công ty…
