5.1 Bản Thỏa thuận này sẽ có hiệu lực kể từ ngày ký và sẽ tự động hết giá trị nếu các Bên không thỏa thuận để ký được Hợp đồng chuyển nhượng cổ phần trong vòng 06 (sáu) tháng kể từ ngày ký Bản Thỏa thuận này. Các điều khoản của Bản Thỏa thuận này có thể được điều chỉnh, sửa đổi, hay bổ sung với sự đồng ý bằng văn bản của hai Bên.

Results (English) 1:

5.1 this agreement will be effective as from the date of signing and will thereafter automatically if the parties do not deal to sign a contract of assignment of the shares within 6 (six) months from the date of signing this agreement. The terms of this agreement can be adapted, modified, or supplemented with the consent in writing of the two sides.

5.1 This Agreement shall enter into force after its signing and will automatically become invalid if the parties can not reach agreement to sign the share transfer contract within 06 (six) months from the date of signing of this Agreement . The terms of this Agreement may be adjusted, modified, or supplemented with the written consent of both parties.
