Qua tìm hiểu về các đối tượng khách hàng của công ty BHT, tôi nhận thấy công ty còn bỏ ngõ một phân khúc khách hang khá tiềm năng đó là các công ty chuyên về cung cấp dịch vụ thi công và lắp đặt hệ thống mạng máy tính cho doanh nghiệp. Ngày nay, việc sử dụng internet trong doanh nghiệp là không thể thiếu, vì vậy các công ty chuyên cung cấp dịch vụ lắp đặt hệ thống mạng cũng ngày càng phát triển theo nhu cầu của thị trường. Và theo tôi đây là một phân khúc khách hàng tương đối tiềm năng mà công ty cần khai thác.
