4. Thay đổi kế toán trưởng/ người được ủy quyền ký thay kế toán trưởng
a) Giấy đề nghị thay đổi, bổ sung thông tin;
b) Quyết định bổ nhiệm kế toán trưởng/ người phụ trách kế toán mới;
c) Giấy ủy quyền của kế toán trưởng/ người phụ trách kế toán mới cho người khác ký thay chứng từ giao dịch tài khoản và quyết định bổ nhiệm của người được ủy quyền (nếu có);
Trường hợp hủy bỏ hiệu lực của Giấy ủy quyền hiện tại thì trong nội dung của giấy ủy quyền mới phải nêu rõ việc hủy bỏ hiệu lực của Giấy ủy quyền hiện tại.
d) Giấy tờ tùy thân của kế toán trưởng/ người được ủy quyền ký thay kế toán trưởng theo Điểm b, Khoản 1 Điều 9 Quy định này.
