chủ đầu tư giữ bản quyền và các quyền sở hữu trí tuệ khác về hồ sơ yêu cầu của Chủ đầu tư và các tài liệu khác của chủ đầu tư hoặc đại diện của Chủ đầu tư. Nhà thầu có thể, bằng chi phí của mình, sao chụp, sử dụng và nhận thông tin về những tài liệu này vì mục đích của Hợp đồng. Nếu không được sự đồng ý của Chủ đầu tư Nhà thầu sẽ không được sao chụp, sử dụng hoặc thông tin những tài liệu đó cho bên thứ 3, trừ khi điều đó là cần thiết vì mục đích của Hợp đồng.

the investor holds the copyright and other intellectual rights of records requested by the investor and the other documents of the owner or representative of the owner. The contractor may, at his expense, copy, use and get information about these documents because the purpose of the contract. Without the consent of the owner the contractor will not copy, use or information material for third parties, unless that is necessary for the purposes of the contract.
