CHỨC NĂNG: Tham mưu, trợ giúp cho lãnh đạo công ty trong công tác quản lý tài chính, tổ chức và chỉ đạo thực hiện công tác thống kê kế toán, thông tin kinh tế trên nguyên tắc bảo toàn và phát triển các nguồn vốn được giao.
NHIỆM VỤ:
- lập và đôn đốc thực hiện kế hoạch tài chính trong từng kỳ kế hoạch, cuối kỳ có quyết toán
- tổ chức và hướng dẫn nghiệp vụ liên quan đến các quy định về tài chính. Ghi chép các chứng từ, sổ sách theo quy định hiện hành. Luôn phản ánh đầy đủ, kịp thời, trung thực hoạt động kinh doanh của công ty
- hướng dẫn và kiểm tra nghiệp vụ tài chính cho các đơn vị hạch toán nội bộ trong công ty, thực hiện chế độ tiền lương, BHXH-BHYT và các chế độ tài chính tín dụng...
- kiểm tra thực hiện kế hoạch xây dựng cơ bản các loại chi phí, xử lý các thiếu hụt mất mát và các khoản nợ khác...
- tổ chức hệ thống thông tin, tin học trong công tác kế toán, thống kê và quản trị kinh doanh
