Qua bảng 4.5 ta thấy khách hàng đối với dịch vụ ăn uống trong siêu thị tỷ lệ hài lòng và rất hài lòng chiếm 50% và 10% trong khi đó có tới 124 khách hàng cảm thấy bình thường với dịch vụ ăn uống này. Ngoài ra có 28 khách hàng không hài lòng và tới 4 người cảm thấy rất không hài lòng với dịch vụ ăn uống trong siêu thị. Siêu thị cần chú ý hơn tới việc phát triển và hoàn thiện dịch vụ ăn uống nhiều hơn.

Results (English) 1:

Through the table 4.5 we see clients for food services in supermarkets and the satisfaction rate was very pleased 50% and 10% while it has 124 customers feel normal with food services. There are 28 customers not satisfied and to 4 people feel very unhappy with the food services in the supermarket. Supermarkets need more attention to the development and complete catering services even more.

In addition there are 28 customers dissatisfied and 4 who felt very unhappy with catering services in supermarkets. Supermarkets should pay more attention to developing and perfecting more catering services.
