Biến số “động lực làm việc” là biến

Biến số “động lực làm việc” là biến đầu ra cuối cùng (biến phụ thuộc), được xác định như sau: Với giả thiết mỗi tiểu mục trong toàn bộ phiếu điều tra có vai trò tạo động lực làm việc của điều dưỡng như nhau. Với 8 yếu tố có tổng 46 tiểu mục sẽ có tối thiểu là 46 điểm và tối đa là 230 điểm. Biến này được sử dụng để tìm hiểu các mối liên quan về động lực làm việc của điều dưỡng với các biến xã hội – nhân khẩu/nghề nghiệp. Các test thống kê T test và ANOVA test được sử dụng để so sách điểm động lực trung bình các biến xã hội – nhân khẩu/nghề nghiệp (các biến độc lập). Phân tích hồi quy tuyến tính đa biến số được áp dụng để phân tích mối liên quan giữa động lực làm việc của điều dưỡng với các biến xã hội – nhân khẩu/nghề nghiệp.

Variables of "motivation" is the final output variable (the dependent variable), are defined as follows: assuming each subsection in the entire survey has the role of creating motivation of nurses working the same. With the 8 factors of 46 sub categories will have a minimum of 46 points and a maximum of 230 points. This variable is used to find out the relationship dynamics of nursing work with social-demographic variables/career. The test statistic T test and ANOVA test was used to compare the average motivation points of social variables-demographics/careers (the independent variable). The analysis of multivariate linear regression was applied to analyze the relationship between motivation of nurses working with social-demographic variables/career.

With a total 46 elements 8 subsection shall be a minimum of 46 points and a maximum of 230 points. This variable is used to find out the relationship in the dynamics of the nursing work with social variables - demographics / occupation. The test and ANOVA statistical test T test was used to compare the average dynamics point of social variables - demographics / occupation (independent variables). Analyze multivariate linear regression was applied to the analysis of the relationship between the dynamics of the nursing work with social variables - demographics / occupation.
