Trong thời gian trở lại đây, Khánh Vy đã bắt đầu hoạt động tìm kiếm, mở rộng mối quan hệ với các nhà đầu tư, đối tác nước ngoài. Để phục vụ cho hoạt động trên, nhân viên của Tổng công ty được đào tạo để đàm phán, viết email, giao tiếp và thực hiện các giao dịch hợp đồng... Hiện nay, hơn một nửa số nhân viên toàn Tổng công ty đã giao tiếp và đọc viết thành thạo Tiếng Anh, khiến việc hợp tác với đối tác nước ngoài không còn quá khó khăn như trước.
