Các giai đoạn thí điểm
• từ 10/2011 đến 12/2012: xây dựng văn bản pháp lý, quy trình thủ tục; chuẩ bị các điều kiện về hạ tầng CNTT và xây dựng hệ thống công nghệ thông tin một cửa quốc gia;
• từ 1/2013-12/2013: Thí điểm thực hiện ở các cơ quan, đơn vị thuộc Bộ Công Thương, Bộ Tài Chính (Tổng Cục Hải Quan), Bộ Giao Thông – Vận tải và một số cơ quan nhà nước ở địa phương thuộc các ngành tài chính, công thương và giao thông vận tải;
• Từ 1/2014-12/2014: mở rộng thí điểm thực hiện ở các cơ quan thuộc Bộ Y tế, Bộ Nông nghiệp và Phát triển nông thôn, Bộ Tài nguyên và Môi trường và một số cơ quan nhà nước địa phương thuộc các ngành y tế, nông nghiệp và phát triển nông thôn, tài nguyên và môi trường;
• Tháng 12/2014 sẽ tổng kết việc thí điểm và đề xuất phương án triển khai chính thức trong giai đoạn tiếp theo.
