Tôi làm việc tại Cục Hải quan Bình

Tôi làm việc tại Cục Hải quan Bình Phước. Tôi là trưởng phòng tổ chức cán bộ, phụ trách công tác nghiên cứu và phát triển nguồn nhân lực của đơn vị. Công việc của chúng tôi là nghiên cứu những khó khăn và khả năng cho sự phát triển về nhân sự của các đơn vị trong toàn Cục. Chúng tôi đã nghiên cứu các biện pháp để tạo điều kiện cho các đơn vị khắc phục tình trạng thiếu hụt nhân sự do cơ chế khoán biên chế mang lại: nâng cao chất lượng nguồn nhân lực thông qua công tác đào tạo, bồi dưỡng cán bộ. Nghiên cứu này có thể cung cấp cho chúng tôi bằng chứng khoa học và luận cứ đó giúp lãnh đạo các đơn vị và lãnh đạo Cục để đưa ra quyết định.
Tôi đã nghiên cứu "Thống kê về việc tần số trốn học của trẻ em trong tỉnh Bình Phước". Các đối tượng nghiên cứu là 50 em học sinh ở độ tuổi từ 10-14 tuổi trên địa bàn tỉnh Bình Phước. Kết quả cho thấy rằng lý do quan trọng nhất để các em bỏ học là do mê game và hầu hết các em đã dành 1-3 lần mỗi tuần cho việc trốn học đi chơi game. Trẻ em trốn học thường là những trẻ có cha mẹ ly hôn hoặc quá bận rộn với công việc. Do đó, kết quả cũng cho thấy rằng có mối quan hệ giữa việc bỏ học và lý do bỏ học, giữa các lý do bỏ học và thời gian chơi game.

I work at the Bureau of customs Pacific. I was the head of the Organization Department, in charge of the research work and the development of human resources of the unit. Our job is to study the difficulties and possibilities for the development of personnel of the unit in the globally. We studied the measures to facilitate the units overcome manpower shortages due to staffing stock mechanism to bring: improving the quality of human resources through training , fostering. This research can provide us with scientific evidence and argument that help lead the units and Local leaders to make decisions.I have researched "statistics on the frequency of fleeing children in Binh Phuoc province". The research object of 50 pupils aged from 10-14 years old in the province of Binh Phuoc. Results showed that the most important reason to quit is because the maze game and most of the children have spent 1-3 times per week for the lesson go game. The children fled school is often the children who have parents or too busy with work. Therefore, the results also showed that there is a relationship between the school and the reason for quitting school, among the reasons for quitting school and game time.
