Trên cơ sở nghiên cứu thực tiễn hoạt động quản lý trường hợp tại Cơ sở điều trị Methadone xã hội hóa, thành phố Hải Phòng, phân tích những nguyên nhân, thiếu sót, bất cập cần tác giả nhận thấy để nâng cao chất lượng hoạt động quản lý trường hợp đối với người nghiện ma túy, phải tập trung vào các giải pháp cụ thể như: Kiện toàn và bổ sung đội ngũ cán bộ, nhân viên thực hiện hoạt động quản lý trường hợp; Tổ chức các hoạt động đào tạo kiến thức, nâng cao năng lực một cách phù hợp về quản lý trường hợp cho đội ngũ cán bộ, nhân viên, cộng tác viên tham gia quản lý trường hợp tại cộng đồng; Cần thống kê một cách có hệ thống và thường xuyên cập nhật mới các đơn vị cung cấp dịch vụ công tác xã hội, các tổ chức hỗ trợ cho người nghiện ma túy trên địa bàn thành phố; Huy động sự tham gia của chính quyền, các tổ chức xã hội, cộng đồng dân cư vào các hoạt động trợ giúp đối với người nghiện ma túy tại địa phương; Đổi mới một số phương pháp trong quá trình triển khai thực hiện nghiệp vụ của cán bộ, nhân viên quản lý trường hợp của Cơ sở điều trị đối với người nghiện ma túy trong thời gian tiếp theo. Các nhiệm vụ này nhằm thực hiện các hoạt động công tác xã hội trong quản lý trường hợp đối với người nghiện ma túy được chuyên nghiệp hơn, đảm bảo đúng tiến trình nghề nghiệp. Những giải pháp này sẽ góp phần quan trọng trong việc cải thiện cách thức tổ chức thực hiện, hướng tới công tác xã hội chuyên nghiệp trong hoạt động quản lý trường hợp của Trung tâm Công tác xã hội tỉnh Quảng Ninh.

The mission aims to make social work activities in case management for drug addicts was more professional, ensure the progress of the profession. This solution will contribute important in improving how organizations make, towards social work professionals in case management activities of the social work centre in Quang Ninh province.

Based on research practices in case management methadone treatment facility socialization, Haiphong, analyze the causes, shortcomings and inadequacies to authors see to improve the quality of case management for drug users, should focus on specific solutions such as: Strengthening and additional staff, operational staff carrying out case management ; Organize training activities knowledge, capacity building appropriate for case management staff, employees and collaborators to participate in case management community; Statistical need a systematic and regularly updated supply of new units of social work services, support organizations for drug addicts in the city; To mobilize the participation of governments, social organizations, local communities in activities to help drug addicts in their localities; Renewing a number of methods in the process of implementation of professional staff and management personnel of the Basis case of treatment for drug addicts in the next time. The task is to implement activities in social work case management for drug users are more professional, to ensure compliance with professional progress. These solutions will contribute significantly in improving the way organizations perform, towards professional social work in case management activities of the Center for Social Work in Quang Ninh province.
