Việc thực hiện các nghĩa vụ của Nhà thầu sẽ không được coi là đã hoàn thành nếu Nhà thầu chưa được Chủ đầu tư cấp cho Biên bản nghiệm thu, nêu rõ ngày mà Nhà thầu đã hoàn thành nghĩa vụ của mình theo đúng Hợp đồng.

Results (English) 1:

The implementation of the obligations of the contractor will not be considered finished if the contractor has not been granted to the owner, stating thereon the date on which the contractor has completed his obligations under the contract.

Results (English) 2:

The implementation of the obligations of the Contractor shall not be deemed to have been completed if the contractor has not been investor for acceptance record, stating the date that the contractor has completed his obligations under the contract properly.
