Tình huống: lượng tương tác về website giảm đi có thể là do vài lý do
- Lượng người dùng ảo (họ chỉ đăng nhập tài khoản vào để lấy sản phẩm dùng thử rồi thôi và ko ghé web của chúng ta lần nào khác)
- Trang web chưa thật sự nổi bật so với những trang web khác
- Nội dung không hấp dẫn người đọc
- Chưa được nhiều người biết tới
….
Mục tiêu:
- Hướng tới khách hàng và những sản phẩm dùng thử mới hấp dẫn hơn cho họ
- Tăng lượng tương tác của họ với website của chúng ta

Results (English) 1:

Situation: on the website of interactions decrease may be due to several reasons
- The amount of virtual users (they just log into your account to get the trial then stop and do not look at the web our other times)

- Content unattractive readers
- not many people know
