Bên cho thuê phải thông báo trước với chủ đầu tư ít nhất 15 ngày vào mùa thấp điểm hoặc 90 ngày vào mùa cao điểm nếu bên cho thuê có nhu cầu sử dụng căn hộ. Bên cho thuê chấp thuận rằng quyền sử dụng căn hộ theo thời gian sử dụng của bên cho thuê sẽ tùy thuộc vào việc căn hộ khi đó có sẵn sàng để cho thuê hay không.
