Các Bên phải tuân thủ đúng nội dung Biên bản. Trong trường hợp Một Bên vi phạm Biên bản, thì phải chịu phạt vi phạm với giá trị là…….., hoặc bồi thường thiệt hại thực tế, tùy thuộc vào giá trị nào lớn hơn.
