Một trong những đầu ra quan trọng của tập huấn đại trà tại 09 trường là kế hoạch triển khai giáo dục hòa nhập có trẻ khuyết tật tại mỗi trường. Các hoạt động trong gói giáo dục hòa nhập gồm Hỗ trợ cá nhân trẻ khuyết tật, Hoạt động ngoại khóa vui chơi cho học sinh toàn trường và Sinh hoạt chuyên môn về giáo dục hòa nhập cho giáo viên. Tính đến tháng 6/2016, một số trường đã tích cực tổ chức các hoạt động, gồm có Trường Tiểu học Long Sơn, Tiểu học An Lập, Trung học cơ sở (THCS) Dương Hưu, THCS An Lập.
