Khi chấm dứt Hợp đồng theo Điều 12

Results (English) 1:

Upon the termination of the contract under article 12 or article 19 of the General Regulation, or when this contract expires as specified in clause 14 of the General conditions, all the rights and obligations of the parties under this agreement will terminate, except that (i) The rights and obligations are incurred on the date of termination or expiry of the contract , (ii) the secret mission is prescribed in clause 22 of the General conditions, (iii) the obligation of counsel about allowing the inspection, copying and audit the accounts and records of their books are stipulated in article 25 of the conditions chungvà (iv) any right that a party may have under applicable law.

Results (English) 2:
