4. Mở thêm tài khoản tiền gửi thanh toán:
a) Trường hợp không thay đổi bất cứ thông tin nào đã đăng ký với BIDV:
- Giấy Đăng ký thông tin khách hàng - đề nghị mở tài khoản (Biểu mẫu CN-01/HSTTKH);
b) Trường hợp có thay đổi một trong những thông tin đã đăng ký với BIDV:
- Giấy đề nghị thay đổi, bổ sung thông tin và các giấy tờ chứng minh việc thay đổi theo quy định tại Khoản 1, 2 và 3 của Điều này;
- Giấy Đăng ký thông tin khách hàng - đề nghị mở tài khoản (Biểu mẫu CN-01/HSTTKH);
