Nghiên cứu đươch khẳng định tại độ tin cậy, giá trị của các thang đo, kiểm định mô hình lý thuyết bằng phương pháp kiểm định CFA và phân tích cấu trúc tuyến tính SEM. Để kiểm tra độ tin cậy của mô hình, nghiên cứu tiếp tục thực hiện Bootstrap với n=750. Kết quả kiểm định cho thấy mô hình các yếu tố tác động đến sự hài lòng của khách hàng chie bao gồm 4 biến (1) sản phẩm, (2) nhân viên, (3) dịch vụ, (4) giá cả. cuối cùng, kết quả nghiên cứu góp phần bổ sung vào lý thuyết về sự hài lòng của khách hàng đối với chất lượng dịch vụ tại cửa hàng thức ăn nhanh. Kết quả này giúp cho các cửa hàng Pizza Hut tại thành phố Hồ Chí Minh nói riêng, cho các cửa hàng thức ăn nhanh nói chung có những chính sách phù hợp và là cơ sở cho các nghiên cứu tiếp theo trong lĩnh vực này.
