. Nâng cao hiệu quả quản lý công trình theo hướng bền vững
- Tổ chức các lớp tập huấn cho các tỉnh về quản lý vận hành các công trình cấp nước do cộng đồng quản lý.
- Phối hợp với Bộ Tài chính chỉ đạo các địa phương thực hiện hoàn thành Thông tư 54, làm căn cứ xác định giá trị tài sản của các công trình đã đầu tư và chuyển đổi mô hình quản lý đối với các công trình hoạt động kém hiệu quả;
- Chỉ đạo thực hiện Thông tư liên tịch số 75/2012/TTLT-BTC-BXD-BNN ngày 15/05/2012 về hướng dẫn nguyên tắc, phương pháp giá nước sạch tại các đô thị, khu công nghiệp và khu vực nông thôn;
- Xây dựng Kế hoạch tổng thể để nâng cao hiệu quả quản lý, khai thác các công trình cấp nước sau đầu tư; ưu tiên các tỉnh còn có tỷ lệ các công trình cấp nước kém bền vững, tập trung ở các tỉnh Miền núi phía Bắc và Tây nguyên;

Results (English) 1:

. Improve the effectiveness of public works management towards sustainability-The Organization of training for the management of water supply works operated by the Community Manager.-Coordination with the Finance Ministry directed the locally made complete circular 54, as a base valuation of the assets of the investment and management model for active works poorly;-Steering joint circular No. 75/2012/TTLT-BTC-BXD-BNN on 15/05/2011 guidance principles, methods of water price in urban, industrial and rural areas;-Construction of the overall plan to improve the effectiveness of the management and exploitation of the water supply after the investment; the priority is still the rate of poor water supply sustainability, concentrated in the mountainous north and the Central Highlands;

- Organization of training courses for provinces to manage and operate the water supply schemes managed by the community.
- To coordinate with the Finance Ministry directed the local complete implementation of Circular 54, as a basis of valuation of assets of the investment works and management paradigm shift to the inefficient operation;
- directing done Circular No. 75/2012 / BTC-BXD TTLT-BNN dated 15/05/2012 on guiding principles, methods of water charges in urban areas, industrial zones and rural areas;
- Develop master Plan able to improve the efficiency of the management and exploitation of water supply facilities after the investment; There provincial priorities percentage of unsustainable water supply, concentrated in the provinces of the Northern Mountains and the Central Highlands;
