V. THUYẾT MINH TIẾN TRÌNH GIẢI QUYẾT TÌNH HUỐNG
1. Quá trình thực hiện:
Tiết kiệm điện năng, góp phần bảo vệ cuộc sống phát triển bền vững là vấn đề vĩ mô của xã hội, không chỉ một cá nhân thực hiện mà phải có sự chung tay của tập thể, của toàn nhân loại. Vì vậy, với khả năng của mình, chúng em xin trình bày một số việc làm mang tính giải pháp, phù hợp với lứa tuổi và điều kiện thực tế, nhằm góp phần trong việc thực hiện tiết kiệm điện cũng như tuyên truyền, vận động để mọi người cùng hưởng ứng tham gia.
- Thành lập các nhóm, đội sao đỏ tuyên truyền, hướng dẫn các bạn về cách tiết kiệm điện qua các trò chơi, các hoạt động ở câu lạc bộ. Độ sao đỏ kiểm tra hằng ngày việc sử dụng điện của các lớp, các phòng tránh lãng phí điện.
- Tổ chức cho các bạn học sinh tự làm các lưu ý như “Tắt khi không sử dụng”, “Dùng xong rút phích cắm” để dán vào gần vị trí các ổ điện; “Tắt điện trước khi khóa cửa” dán ở vị trí cửa ra vào nhằm nhắc nhở mọi người.
- Cùng nhau hàng tuần lau chùi cửa số cửa, quét mạng nhện để phòng học luôn sạch sẽ, sáng sủa; lao độngtrồng cây xanh để tạo không khí mát mẻ, thông thoáng.
- Tổ chức một số buổi ngoại khóa nhằm tuyên truyền, nâng cao ý thức tiết kiệm điện cho mỗi bạn học sinh. Nhờ nhà trường và thầy cô mời thêm nhân viên kỹ thuật về điện cùng tham gia hướng dẫn học sinh cách sạc pin một số vật dụng như xe đạp điện, laptop, điện thoại đúng cách, để vừa tăng tuổi thọ sử dụng của pin, vừa tiết kiệm điện.
- Vận động các bạn học sinh tuyên truyền với bố mẹ của mình về ý nghĩa tiết kiệm điện, sử dụng các thiết bị thân thiện như bóng đèn huỳnh quang, đèn compact, bình nóng lạnh sử dụng năng lượng mặt trời...; cách vận hành các thiết bị như tủ lạnh, điều hòa, máy tính ... vừa hiệu quả, vừa tiết kiệm điện.
- Cử bạn Lê Ngọc Khánh Thy lớp 91 lập một trang trên Facebook để đăng tải các hình ảnh về hoạt động thực tế, các khẩu hiệu, vấn đề liên quan đến tiết kiệm điện, góp phần tuyên truyền về ý nghĩa của việc tiết kiệm điện và vận động mọi người cùng tham gia.
- Có kế hoạch tổ chức để toàn thể học sinh, giáo viên trong trường cùng tham gia hưởng ứng Giờ Trái đất, vừa cùng thực hiện tiết kiệm, vừa giúp nâng cao ý thức tiết kiệm điện cho tất cả học sinh và giáo viên trong trường.

IV.Ý NGHĨA CỦA VIỆC GIẢI QUYẾT TÌNH HUỐNG
Tiết kiệm điện là mục tiêu trước mắt và lâu dài mà ngành điện đã và đang triển khai triệt để đến từng cá nhân, hộ gia đình, trường học, doanh nghiệp,…trên cả nước trong suốt thời gian qua. Đây là việc làm không chỉ góp phần bảo vệ nguồn năng lượng -tài nguyên quốc gia, mà còn giúp chúng ta biết chọn một “phương thức tối ưu nhất” để sử dụng điện một cách an toàn và kinh tế nhất. Vì vậy, với điều kiện và khả năng phù hợp, chúng em đưa ra một số vấn đề và giải pháp nhằm tuyên truyền, vận động và cùng chung tay thực hiện tiết kiệm điện trong mỗi gia đình và trường học. Tuy chỉ trong phạm vi nhỏ, nhưng chúng em tin rằng, nếu mô hình được nhân rộng, mỗi bạn học sinh nhận thức được tầm quan trọng của việc tiết kiệm điện, cùng vận động người thân, bạn bè cùng thực hiện tiết kiệm điện năng thì kết quả mang lại sẽ hết sức thiết thực và có ý nghĩa.
