Qua bảng khảo sát mức độ hài lòng của khách hàng ta thấy trong tổng số 390 người được chọn để phỏng vấn có 206 người hài lòng và 103 người rất hài lòng với hàng hóa thực phẩm của siêu thị. Trong đó có 65 khách hàng cảm thấy bình thường, 15 khách hàng là không hài lòng và chỉ có 1 khách hàng cảm thấy rất không hài lòng với hàng hóa thực phẩm của siêu thị.

Results (English) 1:

Through surveys of customer satisfaction, we found a total of 390 people selected for interviews has 206 people satisfied and 103 people were very happy with the cargo of food supermarkets. Including 65 customers feel normal, 15 the customer is not satisfied and only 1 customer feel very unhappy with the cargo of food supermarkets.

Through the survey the level of customer satisfaction we find in total 390 persons were selected for interviews with 206 people and 103 people satisfied very satisfied with the goods of supermarket food. Including 65 clients feel normal, 15 customers are dissatisfied and only 1 customers feel very dissatisfied with food commodity supermarket.
