PURPOSE STUDY
With the purpose to study the effects of new leadership style in quality to satisfaction and loyalty of our employees, the thesis was conducted to address the following issues:
- Adjustable scales Phong a new leader in quality in the context of Vietnam. Analyze the implications of new leadership style to the satisfaction of the quality and loyalty of employees
- Give some effectively applied solutions and comprehensive new style of leadership qualities to improve satisfaction and loyalty of employees in business conditions improve satisfaction and loyalty of employees in business conditions in Vietnam.
