Việc đánh giá được thực hiện trên bản chụp, nhà thầu phải chịu trách nhiệm về tính thống nhất giữa bản gốc và bản chụp. Trường hợp có sự sai khác giữa bản gốc và bản chụp nhưng không làm thay đổi thứ tự xếp hạng nhà thầu thì căn cứ vào bản gốc để đánh giá.
