Điều XI. Khấu trừ
Nếu bên B không trả cho Bên A bất kỳ khoản tiền nào mà đến hạn phải trả theo hợp đồng này thì bên A có quyền, sau khi thông báo cho bên B, khấu trừ khoản tiền này với bất cứ khoản tiền nào mà bên A nợ bên B (nếu có) hoặc bên A giữ lại để ghi nợ bên B đối với khoản tiền mà Bên B không trả hoặc tự động khấu trừ vào tài khoản ngân hàng của bên B như mức yêu cầu của bên A với khoản tiền mà bên B chưa thanh toán.
Điều XII. Thông tin liên lạc
Bất cứ thông báo, yêu cầu hay sự liên lạc nào khác theo hợp đồng này sẽ được lập bằng văn bản và có thể giao tận tay có biên nhận kèm theo, hoặc được gửi bằng telex hay bằng fax, có bằng chứng xác nhận đã nhận được, cho đại diện từng bên A và bên B theo địa chỉ văn phòng đăng ký và/hoặc địa chỉ cư trú của các bên được nêu trong trang 1 của hợp đồng này hoặc địa chỉ khác mà các bên có thể thông báo cho nhau tại từng thời điểm. Mọi thông tin được xem như là được giao cho bên B tại thời điểm giao tận tay hoặc giao tại địa chỉ đó trong trường hợp giao trực tiếp, hoặc nếu gửi bằng fax hoặc telex vào lúc gửi đi và thường có bằng chứng xác nhận đã nhận được và đối với bên A, vào ngày thực tế nhận được.
Điều XIII. Sửa đổi
Mọi sửa đổi và điều chỉnh của hợp đồng này phải được lập bằng văn bản và được hai bên ký.
Điều XIV. Tính độc lập của các điều khoản

Article XI. Deduction

Article XII. Communications
