Thang đo sử dụng trong nghiên cứu định lượng là thang đo Likert, bao gồm 5 cấp độ phổ biến từ 1 đến 5 để tìm hiểu mức độ đánh giá của người trả lời. Câu trả lời sẽ được đánh dấu với từng khoảng cách từ rất thấp đến rất cao và ổn định. Ví dụ như:
