Luật Giá đã quy định sản phẩm sữa cho trẻ em dưới 6 tuổi là sản phẩm bình ổn giá, và Chính phủ có quyền quy định áp dụng biện pháp bình ổn. Sau khi kết quả thanh tra được công bố thì Chính phủ đã thống nhất chủ trương áp giá trần.
