Điều 10: Cấp phép sử dụng
Bên A đồng ý cấp cho bên B và bên B đồng ý tiếp nhận từ phía bên A giấy phép sản xuất hàng hóa cũng như tiến hành lắp đặt, nghiệm thu, chạy thử không tải và có tải, vận hành và bảo trì máy móc cùng với bằng sáng chế, bí quyết công nghệ. Tên, mẫu mã, quy cách và dữ liệu kỹ thuật được mô tả chi tiết theo như trong phụ lục… Bên B không được phép sử dụng bằng sáng chế, bí quyết công nghệ nhằm những mục đích khác ngoài những điều đã quy định trong hợp đồng mà không có sự cho phép bằng văn bản trước đó của bên A. Số lượng đầu ra hàng năm của sản phẩm như trong hợp đồng được sản xuất bởi bên B không được vượt quá 10,000 chiếc. Phí bản quyền trên mỗi sản phẩm bên B sản xuất được quy định chi tiết trong phụ lục V. Bên A hỗ trợ phí bản quyền cho bên B 100 sản phẩm đầu tiên. Bên B phải thực hiện nghĩa vụ đóng phí bản quyền trên mỗi sản phẩm sản xuất kể từ sau 100 sản phẩm này.
Giấy phép được cấp theo hợp đồng là độc quyền. Bên A đồng ý cấp phép cho bên B chỉ trong phạm vi lãnh thổ Việt Nam và không được cấp phép cho bất cứ bên thứ 3 nào. Đồng thời, bên B không được:
