Trong thời đại kinh tế thị trường ngày nay, để doanh nghiệp đạt được những lợi ích kinh tế, phát triển hoạt động kinh doanh thì nhân tố con người đóng vai trò rất quan trọng vì họ là lực lượng nòng cốt, trực tiếp tạo ra thành quả lao động. Chính vì thế, công tác kế toán tiền lương và các khoản trích theo lương trong doanh nghiệp cần được chú trọng để cân bằng giữa cuộc sống của người lao động vừa nâng cao được lợi nhuận.
Trong quá trình thực tập, tôi đã hiểu sâu hơn vai trò của kế toán tiền lương và các khoản trích quan trọng như thế nào đối với cả doanh nghiệp và người lao động. Đồng thời cũng biết phương pháp áp dụng từ kiến thức đã học vào công tác thực tế của lĩnh vực kế toán nói chung và đề tài kế toán lương nói riêng. Đây là một bài học vô cùng bổ ích cho tôi trong sự nghiệp kế toán, kiểm toán sau này.
Do thời gian thực tập thực tế tại công ty hạn chế, bài báo cáo không tránh khỏi những sai sót, rất mong được sự đóng góp bổ sung ý kiến của các giảng viên và các anh chị trong công ty.
