13.1.3 Các máy móc thiệt bị được vận hành theo công nghệ của bên A sẽ giúp quá trình lắp ráp xe máy tạo ra các sản phẩm với sản lượng, chất lượng, độ bền đối thiểu đạt trên 95% theo yêu cầu (được quy định trong Phụ lục IX) nếu được vận hành hoàn toán đúng theo các tài liệu kỹ thuật do bên A cung cấp. Mọi thay đổi trong quá trình lắp ráp, chạy thử, vận hành dây chuyên mà không được sự cho phép của bên A làm thay đổi các chỉ tiêu sẽ thuộc về trách nhiệm của bên B. Bên A có thể hỗ trợ sửa đổi, thay thế, bổ sung nếu được bên B yêu cấu. Tất cả chi phí để bên A thực hiện sẽ do bên B chi trả.
