- Cung cấp thông tin thực tế về các biến số tác động đến sự hài lòng của khách hàng sử dụng điện tại Công ty điện lực Tây Ninh. Giúp cho các nhà quản lý của Công ty điện lực Tây Ninh có cái nhìn khoa học, tương đối toàn diện về chất lượng dịch vụ mà doanh nghiệp đang cung cấp.
- Làm cơ sở cho Công ty điện lực Tây Ninh tham khảo để hoạch định chiến lược cải thiện chất lượng dịch vụ, cũng như phân phối các nguồn lực nhằm nâng cao sự hài lòng của khách hàng sử dụng điện.
