B.Bên B có nghĩa vụ:
1. Hướng dẫn, hỗ trợ cho bên A những thủ tục cần thiết cho chuyến đi, xác nhận các dịch vụ, ngày khởi hành đi và giá cả cho bên A.
2. Triển khai đặt phòng khách sạn, phương tiện vận chuyển và các dịch vụ khác đã nêu trong chương trình. Bên B sẽ phải chịu mọi khoản chi phí ăn, ngủ, vận chuyển, giải quyết mọi phát sinh về con người và tài chính cho bên A trong trường hợp làm sai hợp đồng.
3. Bồi hoàn 50% tổng trị giá hợp đồng nếu không thực hiện hợp đồng mà không thuộc phạm vi điều 3, khoản A mục 1 của hợp đồng này.
