2. Phương thức trao đổi thông tin giữa các cơ quan quản lý nhà nước tại quốc gia của Tập đoàn và cơ quan quản lý ở Myanmar

Trường hợp phát sinh các vấn đề cần tham vấn, trao đổi thông tin giữa cơ quan quản lý hai nước, hai bên sẽ trao đổi thông qua các kênh thông thường như Thư, Công văn hoặc các kênh thông tin khác.

Riêng với lĩnh vực ngân hàng,NHNN Việt Nam (cơ quan quản lý trực tiếp BIDV) và NHTW Myanmar đã ký kết “Bản ghi nhớ về trao đổi thông tin thanh tra giám sát ngân hàng giữa Ngân hàng Nhà nước Việt Nam và Ngân hàng Trung ương Myanmar” ngày 29/11/2012 tại Naypyitaw. Đây là cơ sở để NHTW hai nước thực hiện cơ chế giám sát đối với hoạt động của chi nhánh BIDV tại Myanmar nếu được cấp phép.

Trường hợp các vấn đề liên quan đến ngoại giao cấp nhà nước, cơ chế trao đổi sẽ thông qua công Hàm của Đại sứ quán Việt Nam gửi các cơ quan quản lý tại Myanmar. Phía Myanmar cũng có thể thực hiện thông qua việc gửi Công hàm của Đại sứ quán Myanmar tại Việt Nam cho các cơ quan quản lý tại Việt Nam.
