Chủ dự án có trách nhiệm gửi báo cáo trước khi điều chỉnh dự án theo Mẫu IV-GSĐG 3 quy định tại Phụ lục IV của Thông tư này tới người có thẩm quyền quyết định đầu tư, cơ quan chủ quản, Bộ Kế hoạch và Đầu tư và đơn vị đầu mối thực hiện giám sát, đánh giá đầu tư, đồng thời cập nhật trực tuyến vào Hệ thống thông tin về giám sát, đánh giá đầu tư các chương trình, dự án sử dụng vốn Nhà nước của Bộ Kế hoạch và Đầu tư.

Results (English) 2:

Project owner is responsible for sending the report before adjusting project M & E on Form IV-3 prescribed in Annex IV of this Circular to the competent investment decisions, managing agencies, the Ministry of Planning and investment and focal point performance monitoring, investment evaluation, and online updates to the information system of monitoring and evaluation of investment programs and projects funded by the Ministry of State planning and Investment.
